MIFA Victory Theatre will be taking part in Mass Creative’s Arts Matter Day of Action October 24, 2014 and we hope you will be a part of it!
Right now the candidates for Massachusetts Governor, House, and Senate are discussing how to best strengthen our economy, improve our schools, and make our communities healthier and safer. Arts matter in Massachusetts and they should be part of this discussion!
To participate, you can make a short video (30-60 seconds) on why arts matter to you, or take an “Arts Matter” photo with the MIFA ‘Arts Matter’ sign with a written description or visual aid on why arts matter to you.
We would love for you to participate by sending your videos and photos to MIFA so we can post them to our new website and social media. You can also post them yourself with tags: @MIFAHolyoke @MASSCreative and hashtag #ArtsMatter!
If you or anyone you know is interested in participating for MIFA, please let us know and send us a copy of your video or photo.
